In Memory of Toby

In loving memory of dear Toby who passed away April 29, 2007. He will be missed. <3

I've never drawn a budgie. I don't think I even held one. So I'm sorry about the anatomy. xD

I made his wings white to symbolise angel wings but kept the budgie markings on them. I think all I managed was a zebra effect.
